1 Bathroom Apartment in a luxury building on the beachfront. One bedroom, living-dining room, kitchen and one bathroom. Sleeps 2 people, double bed (160x200). Parking available in the same building (medium-sized car) for €7 per day. Payment by bank transfer or upon arrival at the accommodation. Direct access from the car park. Suitable for people with reduced mobility.
The flat is divided into a living room, kitchen, bedroom and bathroom. It is located in the same building as a hotel, so the facilities and surroundings are very well maintained.
Fully equipped for both short stays and long-term rentals. It has bed linen, towels, hairdryer, television, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, oven, fridge-freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, iron, ironing board, clothes horse and a full range of kitchen utensils.
The beach and promenade are located opposite the building. The city centre is a 5-minute walk away. Tourist attractions are also very close by.
Reservations for third parties are not allowed. It is mandatory that the person who makes the reservation, is part of the guests. Otherwise, we will be forced to cancel the reservation.
The details of all travellers will be taken in order to comply with current regulations. Entry to the accommodation will not be possible without the reservation holder present.
