1 Bathroom The apartment is located in a luxury building with an exceptional location 250 meters from the beach and 5 minutes walk from the city center and tourist attractions. It has all the amenities and free services: heated pool, spa, Turkish bath, sauna and gym. It is surrounded by a garden. The parking space is very large and easily accessible, and also free of charge. The urbanization has private security 24 hours a day. Please ask for long stay reservations.

1. Data will be taken from all travelers in order to comply with current regulations, Royal Decree 933/2021.
Reservations for third parties are not allowed. It is mandatory that the person who makes the reservation, is part of the guests. Otherwise, we will be forced to cancel the reservation.
3. CHECK-IN from 16:00 to 20:00. Early/Late check-in and Late check-out of 2h 40€ *subject to availability.
3.1. Once agreed the arrival time may be delayed 30 minutes, once exceeded that time will have to re-arrange it to availability of the hosts.
3.2. The loss or breakage of the parking control will result in the payment of 90 €. The loss or breakage of the keys will be charged 80€.
