The space

The house is equipped with spacious rooms, perfect for the comfort of the guests.

On the first floor, there is a living-dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, a work room and a bathroom with shower.

Upstairs, there are three bedrooms. The main bedroom has a double bed, another with a bunk bed for three people (the lower bed is a double and the upper one a single), and a third large bedroom with a double bed and two singles.

In the basement is the garage and laundry area.

The neighbourhood

Very quiet environment, with neighbours around. Very close to beaches and routes with sea views.

House rules

Reservations for third parties are not allowed. It is mandatory that the person who makes the reservation, is part of the guests. Otherwise, we will be forced to cancel the reservation.

The details of all travellers will be taken in order to comply with current regulations. Entry to the accommodation will not be possible without the reservation holder present.

CHECK-IN from 16:00 to 20:00.
Early/Late check-in and Late check-out of 2h 40€ *subject to availability.
