The space

The yard is 800 m2 and totally private, during the time you are in this house you will have total privacy.

In the front yard there is the access to the garage with room to park a second car.

In the backyard there is a terrace with covered and uncovered area. This terrace connects with the main living room of the house allowing you to enjoy the outside from inside.

The backyard has another terrace a little farther from the house to prepare a barbecue and without the fumes and smells being annoying at the house.

The neighbourhood

This is a quiet rural area. There are a lot of main residences which are used all year round. There are several big supermarkets nearby, Mercadona, SuperCor and Lidl.

House rules

Reservations for third parties are not allowed. It is mandatory that the person who makes the reservation, is part of the guests. Otherwise, we will be forced to cancel the reservation.

The details of all travellers will be taken in order to comply with current regulations. Entry to the accommodation will not be possible without the reservation holder present.

CHECK-IN from 16:00 to 20:00.
Early/Late check-in and Late check-out of 2h 40€ *subject to availability.

This is a big house and we are a family not a business,so in order to have the house ready for you we need some forewarning to get it done. That is why we do not take bookings with less than 7 days forewarning.

Cost per rental

This is a big house and getting the house ready is costly, therefore a 100 euro charge is included in each rental, that is why the nightly cost may vary according to the length of the stay

Se trata de una casa muy grande, para poder tenerla preparada para ti necesitamos un poco de tiempo de preaviso. No somos una empresa sino una familia y tenemos que encajar atender esta casa con otras obligaciones es por eso que no aceptamos reservas con menos de siete dias.

Coste por entrada

Al ser una casa grande el coste de prepararla es alto. Por eso hemos configurado el anuncio para que se aplique automaticamente un coste de 100 euros por entrada, repartido entre las noches. Por eso que el coste por noche varia en funcion de la duración de la estancia

Guest access

The house has some games to have fun playing outdoors, balls, small goals, a small tennis net toy (3mts) with their rackets and a couple of game booths.

On the ground floor of the house there are:
- Fully equipped kitchen with space to eat.
- Garage for one car with laundry area
- Full bathroom (yellow in the photos)
- 40 m2 living room connected to the outside terrace. This room has a double height that allows it to be a very bright and spacious space. It has a 43 "TV and a real fire stove automatically fed with pellets which gives a very pleasant atmosphere.


On the top floor of the house:
- Master bedroom has a large window to the east that receives the sun in the morning, has a built-in dressing area and bathroom (blue in the photos) with bathtub and double sink.
- Common area with a small desk and an armchair that becomes a cradle if necessary. In this area there is a yellow bathroom that also has a bathtub.
- a double bedroom with two single beds
- a single bedroom

The house is in a rural area and several of the neighbours have dogs. Sometimes dogs can bark a little. If this is a problem for you then this house is not the best for you. Anyhow this is not a big problem and from the inside of the house you can barely hear the dogs.

The house has Wifi with coverage in almost the whole property and good speed. The connection is 20 Mbps symmetric fiber which produces a fast and pleasant navigation.

Interaction with guests

The property is independent and private. Therefore there is no interaction needed. If any help or information is necessary, I will be available by phone or message.

This is a selfcatering rental.
No food or cleaning services are included during stay

This house is available for rental for 2 people or for 5 people, that is the reason why you will find two listings for the same property with different prices. When the house is rented for two people only the main bedroom will be available, the other two bedrooms will be locked.
