Foxos: this is the closest beach, less than 200 m from the flat, a 4-minute walk away. On windy days there are waves, but all the beaches are suitable for children.
Áreas Gordas: just beyond Foxos, about 500 m away, a beach with gentle waves and a natural elevated viewpoint, as well as the Cova dos nenos perdidos, a small natural cave surrounded by water that can be visited at low tide.
A Lanzada: 1 km away, a large, 2 km-long, wide beach with all amenities
