2 Beds Each of our suites is designed to provide you with an exceptional experience. They are intended to become your preferred accommodation in Jerez de la Frontera. All suites feature a hairdryer and a separate toilet. They also include fully equipped kitchens (microwave, refrigerator, toaster). Suites with pool views, with the kitchen integrated into the bedroom and a separate shower from the room.
A charmingly restored 19th-century Andalusian house where tradition and design come together to offer a unique stay in the heart of Jerez. Our accommodation is arranged around a central courtyard filled with light and tranquility, complete with a swimming pool, solarium, and relaxation area. A space designed for rest, relaxation, and experiencing Jerez in authentic Andalusian style.
Our accommodation is located in the heart of Jerez de la Frontera, in a quiet and charming area, perfect for exploring the city on foot. The neighborhood combines the authenticity of the historic center with the convenience of having all amenities nearby: restaurants, traditional taverns, cafes, supermarkets, pharmacies, and shopping areas.
Just a few minutes away, you'll find iconic landmarks such as the Cathedral, the Alcázar, Plaza del Arenal, and some of Jerez's most famous wineries, where you can enjoy the local wine culture and cuisine. You'll also be close to the Royal Andalusian School of Equestrian Art and numerous venues where you can experience authentic flamenco.
It's an ideal area for both leisure and business trips, as it offers excellent connections to the train and bus stations, as well as easy access to the airport. During events like the Horse Fair, Holy Week, or the MotoGP Grand Prix, the location becomes a major advantage for enjoying Jerez without having to travel far.

The guest will be responsible for the cost of the locksmith service in case of lost or locked keys inside the apartment (€150 payable to the locksmith before opening the apartment).
Parties and noisy gatherings are strictly prohibited. Violations will be prosecuted by the relevant authorities.
Beds and towels are provided for the number of people indicated in the reservation.
Accommodating more people than indicated in the reservation is not permitted.
Please take out the trash every day, especially during the summer months.
Please leave the house tidy before you leave.
Please be respectful of the house; I expect the best from you. Thank you very much.
Once the reservation is confirmed, I will request a copy of all passports or identity documents for all guests. Failure to provide these documents will result in the cancellation of the reservation.
In accordance with Spanish law, all guests staying in an apartment are required to present identification (national identity card or passport) and sign the National Police Guest Registration Form. Failure to comply with this requirement will entitle us to cancel the reservation without any compensation to the client.
If you leave any belongings behind, it is your responsibility to look after them. Although we will store them for a limited time, you must send someone to collect them on your behalf. It is important that you notify us of the loss of your belongings and that we inform you that they will be collected from a location other than the apartment.
From the moment you make your reservation and throughout your stay, until the moment you leave, I will be available to ensure your stay is as pleasant as possible. If needed, please don't hesitate to contact me.
