The villa is spread over two floors, carefully designed to offer comfort and exclusivity. On the ground floor, you’ll find an elegant living and dining room and a fully equipped kitchen, both with stunning views of the sea and the spacious private garden, where you can enjoy the swimming pool and sauna. This floor also features a guest toilet.
On the upper floor are two spacious bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower, offering maximum privacy and comfort.
